About EduAI Solutions
Helping People Become AI-Ready
EduAI Solutions was created to close the gap between rapidly changing AI technology and the people expected to use it — teachers, students, frontline staff, job seekers, professionals, and the leaders responsible for all of them.
Our Purpose
AI adoption is a learning problem, not a technology problem
Organizations rarely struggle because the tools are unavailable. They struggle because their people haven't been taught when to use AI, how to use it well, and where the limits are. EduAI Solutions exists to make AI understandable, practical, responsible, and genuinely useful — for people who never planned on becoming technologists.
What We Focus On
AI Literacy. Workforce Readiness. Organizational Training.
We make AI practical — for schools, workforce programs, nonprofits, associations, and organizations locally and nationwide through in-person, virtual, and customized AI training.
Founder
Stephanie Yates, Founder & CEO

Stephanie Yates spent more than 22 years in public education — as a teacher, assistant principal, principal, and central-office leader. Across those roles she did the same thing repeatedly: take something complex and make it usable for the people who had to act on it.
That is exactly the problem AI presents today. Stephanie combines education leadership experience with AI education and training expertise, designing and facilitating learning experiences for students, staff, adult learners, and professional teams.
For clients, this background matters in practical ways. Sessions are paced for real audiences with varying levels of AI experience. Expectations are realistic about staff time and organizational capacity. And the training is built by someone who has sat on the other side of the table — responsible for whether professional learning actually changes anything.
EduAI Solutions is built to scale beyond one person, with Stephanie as founder and subject-matter expert.

Four commitments in every session
Understandable
We translate AI into plain language, using examples drawn from the work participants already do.
Practical
Every session ends with something participants can apply immediately — not a list of tools to research later.
Responsible
Privacy, accuracy, verification, and ethical use are built into the training, not bolted on at the end.
Useful
We measure success by whether people actually keep using what they learned.
